International Delivery

We offer international shipping. Orders are packaged securely and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit times begin on the date of dispatch (not the order date).

Processing & Dispatch Times

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
• Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend dispatch the following Monday.
• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email. If you can’t find it, please check your spam/junk folder.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders move straight into processing, so we’re unable to cancel or modify orders, including changes to the delivery address. This ensures fast dispatch—even during peak times.

While we can’t accept responsibility for addresses entered incorrectly, we’ll do our best to help. If you no longer wish to keep your items after delivery, you can return them for a refund in line with our policy.
